Zach Fike Hodges

Zach Fike Hodges is an NYC based actor, theatre maker, and teaching artist. He is honored to be joining the company of KrymovLab NYC. His performance as Louis Ironson in BEDLAM’s Angels in America Parts One and Two at Central Sq Theatre was named a ‘tour-de-force marvel’ by Christopher Ehlers of Edge Media Network and earned him an Elliot Norton Award nomination for Outstanding Featured Performance. Off Broadway: Arcadia (Bedlam); Public Enemy (The Pearl); Regional: world premiere of RENT in Concert alongside the National Symphony Orchestra (Kennedy Center); world premieres of The Book of Will (dir. Davis McCallum) and Kate Hamill’s Pride and Prejudice (dir. Amanda Dehnert, Hudson Valley Shakespeare); Twelfth Night (dir. Moritz von Stuelpnagel, HVS); Love’s Labour’s Lost (The Acting Company); Riddle of the Trilobites (dir. Lee Sunday Evans, Flint Rep). NYC: Uncle Stan in Berlin (dir. Dmitry Krymov/Hunter College) Leonce and Lena, Electra (Two Headed Rep). Zach’s one-person adaptation of Frank Wedekind’s Spring Awakening premiered off-Broadway at the United Solo Festival in 2016. Zach has developed new work with Clubbed Thumb, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Fire This Time Festival, National Black Theatre, Bay Street, Playwrights’ Center and New Georges. Upcoming Film: Eleanor the Great (dir. Scarlett Johansson, Cannes premiere May), My Bird is Sick! (exec. produced by Cate Blanchett and Coco Francini’s Dirty Films and Netflix), and The Gulls with collaborator Tess Goldwyn. Upcoming Theatre: Our Class (directed by Igor Golyak, Arlekin Players). Zach is on the teaching staff of New York Theatre Workshop and Hudson Valley Shakespeare. He chairs and serves on the acting faculty of the summer Drama programs at the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities.
